January 31: Hype Aversion

Rejection of an insanely popular idea, game, show, place etc. simply because it is so insanely popular.
I'm enjoying season three of 'Lost'." "Season three came out four or five years ago." "I know, I suffer from hype aversion."

This is today's Urban Dictionary Word of the Day, just think it is a funny coincidence that I didn't watch LOST back in the day bc I was literally like, naw it looks dumb. And now I am ON SEASON THREE. Somebody at Urban Dictionary knows my life.

Also, this would be the reason I have not gotten anything done over the weekend. Lost, not hype aversion although I'd have to say I think I'm a sufferer.
